Halloween

We have been in a flurry of activities lately, with travel, visitors and Halloween.  We’ll slow down a little before Thanksgiving and the holidays, so hopefully I will finally get June’s one-year post up.  In the meantime, I don’t want to lose any of the fun stuff we’ve been doing.
First…up, Halloween.
Grandpa and Grandpa were in town and we all went to the “Trunk or Treat” at June’s school the Saturday before Halloween.

Then on Halloween, we got together at the Weyls household where we participated in the costume parade and ate delicious chili.  We also had a brilliant attempt to get a group photo of all of the kids in costume…
I took about 20 photos of this scene and they are hilarious.  Not one kid is ever looking at the camera.  It’s a great series.

Another attempt… such cuties!

When I first bought the pig costume at the Stapleton Garage Sale, I thought it would be ridiculous….and it was…ridiculously cute!!  Worth every penny of that $10!
