I’ve been teaching Juney to say Barack Obama and she’s fab.  She says his name like its one word: Barackobama.  We had the debate on TV and I showed her what he looked like.  When our neighbor put up a Romney sign, I headed to the Denver Dems office for my signs.  Of course Geoff rolls his eyes and says our yard looks like the DNC.  🙂

June recognized the Obama cardboard cut out they had at the Denver Dems office when we got the signs and as we left she said, “Bye bye Barack Obama!”  They ate it up.

There are a few kiddos at school that have been in June’s same class since they started as infants.  One of them is Eli. He and June get along like siblings at school.  I was getting June to say Barack Obama the other day and she was repeating it back to me:

Mama: Juney, can you say Barack Obama?
June: Barack Obama! Barackobama!
Mama: Yay!  Good job!
Mama: Juney, who are you going to vote for?
June: Eli.
Mama: (laughing) Who should Mama vote for?
June: Eli.

I captured her saying the President’s name during the debate the other night.  As you can see in the second video, she gets pretty excited when she sees him and recognizes him.
