June and I headed for an adventure to the Butterfly Pavilion yesterday and had a great time.  I was pretty worried that we’d end up stepping on one, but we were without any casualties…well, except for a pink skirt.  We then headed west to visit “Papa’s Store” and to see him in action at the Hatch Green Chile Fest.  We got a case of roasted chiles – DEEELISH!

We got to hold Rosie the tarantula.  Yes, I did.

The bee hive.  They would go in/out the tube to the window.

June and I both loved these blue ones.

Of course we couldn’t leave the gift shop without a new butterfly net!
